MacKenzie Clow Junior Golf Foundation Junior Golf MacKenzie loved the game of golf and golf loved him. He was a true professional and was always so grateful for what golf provided him.

The MacKenzie Clow Junior Golf Foundation is a non-profit foundation that promotes and supports the game of golf for junior golfers between the ages of 6 – 18 on Prince Edward Island. He was a true teacher and advocate for the game of golf. The values and sportsmanship that golf provided to MacKenzie was alway evident when golfing or when talking with him. MacKenzie was always the first to say tha

t a particular player he played with hit the ball well and deserved the win. This is not to say he wasn’t competitive, but he was humbled by the game which gave him his drive to improve. The goals of the MacKenzie Clow Junior Golf Foundation is to provide the following for junior golfers across PEI:

Help eliminate affordability barriers for junior golfer. Provide support for Junior Golf Programs across PEI. To host a Mackenzie Clow Junior Golf Foundation tournament where golfers experience a national like atmosphere. To provide scholarships to those junior golfers who go on to pursue their passion at post secondary institutions. To raise money for the sustainability of the foundation.

A message from Mill River regarding tomorrow’s scramble ⛳️

Good morning,

Thank you for registering for the 2026 MacKenzie Clow Junior Golf Foundation 4-Person Scramble! We are excited to host the Event for the 5th time with a sold out field of 34 teams. The Event is a 1:30pm Shotgun and you will find the Draw attached with your starting hole.

Although the Event starts at 1:30pm we will be beginning our pre-game festivities at about 11:30am which you will want to make sure you are here for. There will be a Long Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Flop Wall competition with great prizes up for grabs. All but 2 teams have paid online so when you arrive your cart will hopefully be ready with team names and range balls will be ready. We do have a small Event in the morning so there may be a few groups that will have to wait until just before the Tournament begins to receive your carts.

If you notice your team has some "TBD" Player names then you can reach out to me today with the names of your players and I will fill it in before the Event begins tomorrow. The weather is looking great for tomorrow so it should be a great day!

⛳️ The countdown is on! ⛳️

The 5th Annual CJGA MacKenzie Clow Junior Golf Championship is just around the corner, taking place July 9 & 10 at Mill River Resort!

Over the past five years, this event has become more than just a tournament -it’s an opportunity for young golfers to challenge themselves, build confidence, create friendships, and make lasting memories on the course!

From seasoned junior golfers competing over 18 holes to those taking part in one of their first tournaments through our 9-Hole Linkster Division, we’re proud to provide an experience that encourages growth, sportsmanship, and a love for the game!

The 18-Hole Division also provides the chance to win a $1,500 scholarship, awarded to one male and one female golfer.
