Congratulations to the 2026 IABC NL Pinnacle Award winners!

Last week, Newfoundland and Labrador’s communications community came together to celebrate excellence in strategic communication, creativity, storytelling and professional achievement.

This year’s award recipients represent outstanding work across digital communication, publications, creative design, events, marketing and brand communication, community relations, artificial intelligence, writing, student achievement and more.

Bring your ideas, experience, and fresh perspective to the IABC NL Board of Directors!

We're seeking expressions of interest from members interested in helping shape the future of our chapter. We currently have a vacancy for the role of Graphic Design Coordinator (Member at Large), and we're also seeking general expressions of interest as we finalize our full slate for the upcoming 2026-27 term.

A reminder that Memorial University Communications Studies students are currently seeking summer field placements in communications and marketing, and there’s still time for organizations to get involved!

Hosting a student is a great opportunity to support emerging communicators, share industry experience, and connect with future talent entering the profession.

IABC NL is pleased to support Memorial University’s Communications Studies program as students seek spring and summer field placements in communications and marketing.

Third and fourth year students are currently looking for organizations interested in hosting unpaid 70 hour placements between June and the end of August.
