Just a reminder that tomorrow (Oct 15th) we will be honoring 'Pregnancy & Infant Loss' Awareness Day here at the centre. If you or someone you know experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, termination due to medical reasons, abortion, or infant loss, and perhaps in need of extra support, please do join us tomorrow. Resources and 'take home candle kits' are available to encourage those to join the 'international wave of light' movement. BV Hospice will be in attendance to offer additional support.

We are honored to share this day with you. If you are unable to attend, and would still like to connect, let us know.

Normal drop in hours and services are still available. We will be open through lunch.

We are pleased to present another workshop from Northern Cedar Counseling. This month it is on 'Intrusive Thoughts'. "Up to 90% of new parents experience unwanted, scary, or intrusive thoughts about accidental or intentional harm coming to their baby. This workshop will explain why intrusive thoughts happen and how to minimize them." (NCC) Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to know more information. Hope to see you there.

Hello Farmer's Market participants! We hope you have been enjoying the market, and all the fresh produce :) An online survey is available if you have the time to complete.
