Access support counseling.
Get information about and referrals to other organizations/services.
Get support with going back to school or work.
Get accompaniment to appointments (community services, legal aid, court, lawyer).
Check out our lending library.
Drop in to relax, chat, and have a cup of coffee or tea.
If you don’t know where to go, come see

We offer a safe, non-judgmental space to provide programs, services and celebrations.

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all women and girls who come into the Centre.
