Become a Member of HCA:
Individual Residents - Make a tax-deductible donation of $5 or more to HCA every 12 months.

Heritage Community Association (HCA) provides relevant needs-based programs, services, and support to help create a healthy community environment within Regina's Heritage community. The area overseen by HCA is bounded by Broad Street, College Avenue, Winnipeg St, the CPR Mainline, and includes the area known as the "Arcola Triangle" bounded by Arcola Avenue, Victoria Avenue and Winnipeg Street. HCA envisions an inviting, vibrant, safe, healthy community where residents are proud of their environment, where partnerships are formed, where business is engaged, and where the Community Association is seen as a leading, innovative organization which is well respected, responding to the needs of the Heritage Community. Individual Non-residents - Make a tax-deductible donation of $20 or more every 12 months. Organizations - Make a tax-deductible donation of $20 or more every 12 months.

Thanks to the warmer weather, the Yard Waste Depot season has been extended for another two days.

Drop off your leaves, lawn clippings and other yard waste using the following schedule:

• October 30 and 31 – Open
• November 1 - Closed
• November 6 and 7 – Open
• November 8 – Closed

Join us on Friday night for a Halloween-themed public skate! 🎃⛸️

From 6 to 8 p.m. at the Jack Staples Arena, ghouls and goblins are welcome to skate for free. Costumes and helmets are highly recommended.

Music and lighting are provided by Vinyl Replay Entertainment.

Pick up will be in Regina at Pups Closet or Moose Jaw at Pups Parlour!

Stock up your freezer for a great cause! We’ve partnered up for a special meat fundraiser to help raise funds for rescue animals in need.

📍 Partner: Ukrainian Co-Op
