Tired of walking the same loop around your neighbourhood? Want to meet other parents with babies? Come Chat & Stroll with us......

Bring along your stroller or favourite baby carrier and join PCFC staff and other parents for a leisurely stroll around the Otonabee Valley neighbourhood.
We'll pause in Chelsea Gardens for an outdoor circle time with our babies (Bring along a blanket to sit on).

In Sensory Artists we focus on the process of creating rather than the finished product. Children are encouraged to explore several different art mediums through each of their five senses.

I Love You Rituals are playful connection-building songs and rhymes that nurture attachment and emotional safety, the foundation of all behaviour and learning.
This multi-session group experience for caregivers and their babies age birth- 12 months, focuses on creating calming rituals using gentle songs and loving interactions.

Do you find yourself repeating instructions, raising your voice or struggling to get your young child to listen? You’re not alone!

This practical workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of young children (age 1-3) who want to better understand why young children “don’t listen” and gain the tools to communicate in ways that invite cooperation, and build secure, connected relationships using strategies from the Conscious Discipline program.

This program offers a deeper understanding of how we learn to regulate our emotions and find ways to stay calm and connected during typical parenting challenges.
