You are allowed to re-imagine your favourite books to include you.

This is our Non-binary Pronouns 101 zine! Now is a good time to remember that trans women, trans men, and non-binary people of all kinds deserve to have their pronouns and identities respected.

If you'd like a copy of this zine, let us know!

Image description: A picture of the cover of the Rainbow Youth non-binary pronouns zine. The zine is called "Fantastic Pronouns and Where to Find Them", styled after the Harry Potter book. The cover has images of four magical creatures with accompanying pronouns. A mer uses ze/hir. A unicorn uses they/them. A fairy uses ey/em. A dragon goes by they and she.

Here's a poem composed during our last virtual drop in. Between all eleven of us, we had enough fidget toys to get through one (1) video conference call.

Our affirmation from virtual drop in today!

"I deserve people in my life who can see my pain, who are willing to witness my stories, and be patient with my growth."

Even when we are self-isolated at home, we can still connect and support each other. 💞

What is SEEDS Yoga?
SEEDS Yoga is a class that centres healing and incorporates teaching methods from Transcending Sexual Trauma Through Yoga with Zabie Yamaski. This gentle hatha yoga practice will focus on centering the mind, body and breath through choice and connection using different shapes/forms (asanas). The practice will mostly be seated, with some standing shapes/forms. This class is all levels, including if you've never practiced yoga before. Participants will have video off for your own confidentiality and feeling of safety while doing yoga in your preferred space.
