FRIENDS Peterborough is a humanitarian not-for-profit charitable organization which offers help, hope and a "hand up" to those in need. We seek to provide a listening ear, a compassionate heart and then a referral to the appropriate agency which can, when contacted, provide the help needed.

We have become well known for filing income tax returns FREE year round for our clients...many of whom are on social assistance. We have done over 1,400 for the 2023 tax year.
We also help Seniors filling out forms, etc. We are volunteer run. Any donations from clients are used to provide water snd snacks FREE for our clients.
