A space to connect, share and support one another. 💙

Our Men’s Peer Support Group offers a welcoming, respectful and judgment-free environment where men can talk openly about life’s challenges and learn from shared experiences.

Join us Wednesdays from 1:30–2:30 p.m. at 287 Bayshore Drive, Room 1501, in Midland. Virtual participation is also available.

Our Life After Hospital Peer Support Group offers a welcoming space to connect, share experiences and discuss topics such as rebuilding routines, managing fears of relapse, reconnecting with others and adjusting to the first few weeks at home.
