Back in 2019 we commissioned the City of Barrie to plant a tree in Julia's memory in Sunnidale Park. Because of Covid and missed deadlines it did not get planted until 2020. It was a mere sapling. It survived the ravages of the Spongy Moth outbreak 3 years ago and now look at it 6 years later tall and vigorous and providing shade.

Today, November 12 is Julia's Birthday. She would have been 48. Hard to believe but time doesn't stop. She is still sorely missed.
