A huge THANK YOU to Ottawa Ospreys Rugby Football Club for coming out and leading touch rugby drills for the KatimaKids 7pm program!

For kids who may like to explore rugby further, the Ospreys are hosting a Try Rugby Day on Thursday, May 28 from 6:30–8:00 PM. It is a completely FREE, no contact event open to Minors (6–10), Youth (11–14), and Juniors (15–18) — boys and girls, brand new or returning

This FREE, non‑contact session is open to Minors (6–10), Youth (11–14), and Juniors (15–18) — boys and girls, brand new or returning.

Parents are welcome to stick around, watch the session, and chat with coaches afterward about programs, pathways, and what makes rugby such a great sport for young athletes.

And yes — the club will be firing up the grill. Hotdogs for all event attendees and our Ospreys membership.

Existing athletes: bring a friend and help grow the flock.

Friendly reminder: The Parent Information Evening and t-shirt pick-up is happening tonight at 6pm at Centre Ice Sports Bar (upper level of Bell Sensplex)

Please join us for a drink and snack to learn more about the program and meet other families in the community. Kids are welcome and food/drinks are available for purchase

You are also welcome to come pick-up your t-shirts between 6-7pm, even if you cannot stay for the information evening
