National Nursing Week is a time to recognize the compassion, skill, and resilience of nurses who support communities across Canada every day.
It also arrives during Mental Health Awareness Month in May, a meaningful reminder of the importance of supporting mental health and well-being for all.
This year, Canadian Nurses Foundation is proud to highlight the inspiring “Ride for Resilience” campaign, a 7,500 km cycling journey from Victoria to St. John’s raising awareness and funds for mental health and resilience initiatives across the country. 🚴♂️
Led by a dedicated father-and-son team, this cross-country ride is bringing Canadians together in support of CNF’s Healing Healthcare Initiative that support nurse’s mental health resilience through training programs.
