Just moments ago, a press conference was held on Parliament Hill regarding the Allison Inquiry, which will give Canadians who report being injured by COVID-19 vaccines an opportunity to share their experiences directly with Canadian lawmakers.

In this moving clip, MP Dean Allison shares the story of a staff member who recently passed away following myocarditis.

A major religious freedom victory has just been handed down in Quebec.

In a precedent-setting decision, the Quebec Superior Court ruled that the provincial government violated the Charter by cancelling Harvest Ministries International's event at the Quebec City Convention Centre because of concerns over the ministry's beliefs.

The court found the government's actions infringed on freedoms of religion, expression, and association. Minister Caroline Proulx was ordered to personally pay $30,000 in punitive damages because the judge found that she intentionally infringed Harvest Ministries' freedom of expression.

Breaking news. A big win for religous freedom in Canada.

The Justice Centre announces that the Superior Court of Quebec has ruled that the Quebec government violated the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms by directing the Quebec City Convention Centre to cancel a conference organized by Harvest Ministries International because of the organization's beliefs about abortion.

The Court found that former Quebec Minister of Tourism Caroline Proulx unjustifiably infringed Harvest Ministries International's freedoms of expression, religion, and association by directing the cancellation of the conference because of the organization's opposition to abortion. The Court concluded that the Minister acted without legal authority, exercised government power arbitrarily, and denied the organization access to a publicly owned venue because officials disagreed with its viewpoint.

The Court awarded compensatory damages arising from the cancellation and ordered Minister Proulx personally to pay $30,000 in punitive damages after finding that her conduct intentionally infringed the organization’s freedom of expression.

Constitutional lawyer Olivier Séguin said, "This judgment confirmed that governments cannot use public facilities to punish organizations because officials disagree with their beliefs. The Court rightly found that the Minister acted without legal authority and violated fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the Charter."

**PARLIAMENTARY INQUIRY ON CVD VAX INJURIES LAUNCHED** | Please share as this one may be supressed in feeds due to the content.

It's been five years since COVID-19 changed Canada, and important questions remain as to the impacts of it on Canadians.

A special public inquiry is being launched in response to Canadians who say they have experienced vaccine injuries and have yet to receive compensation, despite the creation of a federal support program.

At the Parliamentary Press Gallery, Michelle Worton of British Columbia shared her personal testimony about how the vaccine impacted her. I also sat down with Member of Parliament Dean Allison, who is hosting the Allison Inquiry this September, to discuss why the inquiry is being held, what it hopes to accomplish, and how Canadians can participate.
