Looking for your next date night in Centretown? Put Fauna on the list. 🍸✨

Lynn + Revello stopped by to taste test the menu, and there wasn’t a single miss.
They tried everything from oysters, salmon sashimi and gochujang beef tartare to a dry-aged burger, Iberian pork chop with smoked cheddar grits, and halibut with pil pil sauce.

The favourites?
🍔 Revello: the dry-aged burger
🐟 Lynn: the halibut with pil pil sauce
And obviously, they saved room for dessert. Revello went for the angel food cake, while Lynn chose the Sweet Honey, a pistachio-infused cocktail.

After dinner, keep date night going at Fauna’s patio tiki bar with happy hour specials and cocktails like the Sailor Tattoo and Tia Mia.

Looking for something a little more colourful to do in Centretown?

Wild Colour is now on at the Canadian Museum of Nature, bringing together science, art and the incredible ways colour shows up in the natural world.

Wander through eight immersive colour zones featuring nearly 200 specimens, from a silverback gorilla and orange bubble-gum coral to purple mushrooms, gems, plants and more. Along the way, you’ll discover how living things use colour to communicate, attract and survive.

And yes, the colour-saturated spaces make for some pretty great photo ops too. 📸

Meet Brian, dancer, creative, and community leader.

Born into a loving Vietnamese family, raised in Chinatown, nurtured by Italians, and inspired by hip-hop, Brian's path has always been shaped by community.

What started as a love for dance grew into a career that took him across North America, working with artists, festivals, and creative teams. But after years in media production, he found himself drawn back to what started it all.

Now, through Grown Ass Pizza Party and other creative projects, Brian is bringing people together in new ways. For him, the best ideas begin with one simple question: What if?

Because community doesn't happen by accident. It happens when people stop watching and start creating.

Revello stopped by Togo Coffee, and let's just say he left both caffeinated and emotionally attached to these drinks!

Our current obsessions:
🍠 Sweet Potato Latte - the star of the show. Earthy, sweet, and somehow reminiscent of a sweet potato topped with toasted marshmallows.
🧈 Buttercream Latte - smooth, lightly floral, with caramel notes that make this one seriously easy to sip.
🍈 Guava Bubbly Americano - black coffee meets guava syrup. Not overly sweet, making it the perfect choice for people who actually enjoy the taste of coffee.
🍑 Peach Cloud - not a coffee drinker? This one's for you, and you're going to love it!
