On behalf of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the Agency for Co‑operative Housing manages the federal government’s co-operative housing programs in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and PEI. Our approach is risk-based, data-driven and client-focused. Using data our clients file on line, we monitor their performance, giving special attention to those in difficulty or at risk. Each c

lient receives a suite of plain-language reports on its performance once a year. The reports turn client data into valuable information presented in a reader-friendly way. When clients reach out to us, our staff respond quickly with helpful advice.
