Congratulations to Dr. Tim Aubry, recipient of the 2026 Salus Community Champion Award! 🏆

At this year’s Soirée Salus, we’ll recognize Dr. Aubry for his longstanding dedication to advancing mental health, housing and homelessness solutions in Ottawa and beyond.

Throughout his career, Dr. Aubry has worked alongside community organizations and government partners to help shape programs, policies and research that support people experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges. His work has helped advance Housing First and strengthen opportunities for people to find stability, dignity and a place to call home.

Every day, nearly 150 staff support adults across Ottawa through supportive housing, mental health and substance use services, occupational therapy, housing coordination, and community-based care.

As our organization has grown, our identity needed to grow with it. Our new look better reflects who we are today: an established community organization helping people find stability, connection and recovery.​

While our look has changed, the heart of Salus remains the same—our people, our services, and our commitment to helping individuals feel safe, supported and at home.​
