Backdoor Mission is pleased to announce the appointment of Taylor Uden as our new Executive Director, effective July 6, 2026.
Taylor brings eight years of experience in the homelessness-serving sector and joins Backdoor Mission as a forward-thinking leader committed to serving her community, improving service delivery, and advocating for systemic change in social services. As she transitions into her new role, Taylor is excited to build upon the strong foundation established at Backdoor Mission. She looks forward to enhancing the organization's point-in-time services while prioritizing the critical need for sustainable housing solutions within our city.
The Board of Directors and staff of Backdoor Mission are excited to welcome Taylor to the organization and look forward to her leadership as we continue our mission of serving our community with dignity, compassion, and hope.
