The Help Fill A Dream van is in good hands.

It's in the bay, fitting new bumpers donated by APT Auto Parts and laying down fresh paint thanks to Color Compass.

Since 1986, this wonderful Foundation has been there for Vancouver Island kids and their families, and this van is how a lot of that work reaches them. We insist on taking the time to repair it right.

40 years ago today, our 1st Dream came true. 💙
September 2nd, 1986, Bernadette and her mom flew out of Victoria to meet her grandparents in Nova Scotia. At just six years old, Bernadette was living with Niemann-Pick disease type C (NPC) a rare, neurodegenerative disorder.
On our 40th anniversary, we honour HFAD founder and BC Transit Driver, Rick Thomas and the simple act of kindness that started it all. We know he would be incredibly proud of the thousands of lives Help Fill A Dream has touched.

Van-tastic news for Help Fill A Dream Foundation!
Since 1986, Help Fill A Dream Foundation has been making the impossible possible for local families. Now, the van that helps make their incredible work possible is getting some much-needed TLC at CSN Collision Superior.

With generous help from our friends at APT Auto Parts, who donated the parts, and Color Compass Corporation, who donated the paint, our team is proud to lend a hand to get this important van back on the road.
We’re grateful to be part of a community that comes together to support an organization doing so much good.

⛳ The 2nd Annual Ron Linnes Memorial Golf Tournament brought friends together for a wonderful day at Ardmore Golf Course, raising an incredible $29,000 in support of Island children with critical medical conditions.

Held in honour of the late Ron Linnes, this special event celebrates a legacy of generosity that will continue helping make Dreams come true for children and families across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.

From friendly competition and creative on-course activities to fantastic prizes and the excitement of our first-ever Drone Golf Ball Drop 50/50 raffle, the day was filled with fun.

Thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, golfers, prize donors, and everyone who helped make this event such a success. Your support means a lot to us and to the families we support. 💙

Since 1986 Help Fill a Dream Foundation has been supporting those families from Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands whose lives have suddenly changed due to their child’s diagnosis with a medical condition or severe health challenge.
