It doesn't have to be expensive, it doesn't have to be large, it need not come on a special day, it may not have a special purpose. A simple gift just demonstrates our love or kindness to someone. Go ahead and brighten someones day!

Posh is a staple meal for many people around the world. It is made of ground Maize corn. In Uganda, it can be topped with G-nut sauce to add flavour and make the meal more nutritious. Later in the day, the Posh can be flattened into patties and fried for lunch or dinner.
