A delicious thank you to Omid and Seyedeh Faezeh of B&C Bakery for their support in this year's Dress Purple Day and our "There to Care" Community Recognition Campaign.

80% of our youth in attendance had never had "Worms in Dirt" so obviously we needed to educate them.

A fun halloween night of pumpkin painting and brownie baking.

Reminder - Tonight is our Children's Halloween Party at Northern Tikes and there will be no Elmwood programming.

A huge thank you to Katy at Northern Tikes Indoor Playground & Party Centre for her continuous and generous support for our children and families!

Reminder: We're hosting a one-time 1.5-hour brainstorming session tonight (October 28) from 4-5:30 pm at 140 Elmwood. This is a chance for youth to share their voice and help create something that will support other youth in the community.

Food and drinks will be provided.

As a thank you for their time, youth will be able to choose either:
• A signature for 1.5 volunteer hours, or $20 Tim Hortons gift card

This is open to ALL youth in the community

💜 Get ready to Dress Purple on October 29! 💜

Let’s come together to show our support for children, youth, and families across Ontario!

Dress Purple Day is a provincial awareness campaign that reminds us that supporting families is a shared responsibility. By wearing purple, we help raise awareness about the importance of early support, strong community partnerships, and the people and services that help families thrive.

Every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and connected to trusted adults who can make a difference in their lives.

💜 Join us on October 29! Wear purple, spread the word, and show your support for children, youth, and families in our communities.
