Registration for the City’s free fall senior programs opens this Thursday, Sept. 3 at 9 a.m.

This fall, choose from three wellness programs designed to support fitness, mobility, social connection, and lifelong learning:
• Dance Fit 55+
• Mind/Body Fit for Life 55+
• Senior Fit 55+

Registration requests can be submitted online or by phone. Space is limited and will be assigned in the order requests are received.

The City of North Bay and Planet Youth are inviting BayGo youth users and their parents/guardians to share their feedback on the free youth transit pilot.

Two short surveys are open until Sept. 30:

SeniorFit is back at Elmwood!

Registration opens *September 3rd* for our fall SeniorFit 55+ program in partnership with The City of North Bay

Time: Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Dates: September 17 to December 3
Location: Elmwood Community Hub (140 Elmwood)

SeniorFit is a low-impact fitness class focused on improving strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. Exercises can be modified for different abilities and fitness levels.

**No class October 29.**
