Completing the EmployEASE accessibility training has helped our team become more aware of both accessibility and the importance of creating a safe, comfortable workplace for our employees and clients.
The walkthrough of both of our locations was especially valuable. It gave us the opportunity to look at our clinics from a different perspective and receive practical recommendations on ways we could improve accessibility for our clients, while also considering the everyday needs of our staff.
The anti-fatigue mats provided through the program have also been a great addition to both locations. Because our technicians spend a significant amount of time standing while performing treatments, the mats help provide additional cushioning and support, reducing the strain and fatigue that can come from standing for long periods.
Overall, the EmployEASE program has encouraged us to be more mindful of accessibility, ergonomics, and the small changes we can make in our daily operations to create a more inclusive, comfortable, and supportive environment for both our clients and our team.
