State of the Snowpack events are being scheduled all across Canada for the 2026/2027 winter season!

Local organizers across the country are bringing backcountry communities together for FREE events where you can learn something new, connect with local avalanche professionals, meet other backcountry users and, most importantly, have a great time.

Whether you're a seasoned pro, just getting started, or somewhere in between, everyone is welcome.

Venez rencontrer d’autres adeptes de l'arrière-pays, en apprendre davantage sur les conditions locales du manteau neigeux auprès de professionnels en avalanche et découvrir des façons concrètes d'améliorer vos pratiques de sécurité en montagne.
