This winter, join our Virtual Intensive Journal Workshop for Family Caregivers - a calm, supportive space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself through guided, private writing.

No writing experience is needed, and there’s never any pressure to share.

Together in a small, compassionate group, you’ll be guided through structured journaling designed to support emotional balance, self-understanding, and resilience - all from the comfort of home.

A printed Caregivers Journal Workbook will be mailed to you before the sessions begin.
