Abandoned Cat Rescue Rescue, spay/neuter, foster and find loving homes for abandoned cats and kittens. Educate and promote awareness, respect and appreciation for the animals.

To promote the welfare of cats/kittens for the benefit of the public by;
1. Rescuing stray and abandoned cats and kittens and/or cats at risk. Spray /Neuter, vaccinate and foster them in foster family homes to be adopted into good homes.
2. Curbing population growth in feral colonies by humanely trapping wild, free roaming cats. Spray/Neuter, vaccinated and returned to colonies, to be feed & monit

ored by caring volunteers.
3. To provide education, guidance and support to the public and to encourage responsible cat care and ownership.
4. To adopt a policy of “No Euthanasia” as a means of population control. Euthanasia only to be used where the animal will not recover or its injuries is so severe to cause excess pain and suffering.
5. To work in cooperation with other like organizations

Who is this you ask? This baby come into care today. We have named her Gina after the nice lady that brought her into the Riverview Animal Health Center. She is actually 6 weeks old but only the size of a 3 week old kitten. She has been hospitalized and will be on fluids and having a bit of testing done. Momma Kim did get her to eat a bit before she left to come home. We hate to ask but if you would like to contribute towards her care you can do it directly through the hospital at 506-387-4015 or etransfer to [email protected] We do ask for prayers because as you can see she needs all the help she can get!

Oliver is asking for your help! Oliver come into care from the Riverview Animal Health Center when someone dropped him off after finding him in a ditch. He had upper resp infection and has beat that. It has left him will a huge eye ulcer we have been treating but we are now realizing he will need to have that eye taken out. We are looking at doing the surgery in a couple weeks unless the eye ruptures. If the eye gets worse he will go right into emergency and have it taken out. We wanted to wait the extra couple weeks to give him time to grow a bit before surgery. We are asking for donations to make this surgery happen for this little guy. Please if you can donate towards this surgery Oliver needs everyone's help! Etransfers accepted at [email protected] Or you can donate to our bill at Riverview Animal Health Center 5063874015. Any donation over 20.00 we can write a receipt so make sure you leave name and address please. Oliver thanks you for your help!!! UPDATE: Oliver is still stable and the pressure has not increased too much. We appreciate the donations sent, and want you to know we are still accepting any donations for his upcoming surgery if you haven't had a chance to do so. Thanks again from Oliver and all of us caring for him. Especially to Janice MacIver who gives medications every 2 hours until he has his surgery to keep him comfortable.

Good morning....along with kitten season comes sick kitties. These two little ones are being picked up at Riverview Animal Health Center today by Janice. Both have upper resp and eye infections. They will need continued medical support and lots of attention. We believe Twigz could be a sister to Jazz that being said she was only found two weeks after Jazz so that is a long time to be living in a ditch without someone looking after her. She has been on iv fluids for several days and was very critical. Please help support their care by donating if possible. [email protected] or on their bill 506-387-4015. Prayers are welcomed!
