Meet Lady, a sweet and gentle 10-year-old Pit Bull/Boxer mix looking for a loving retirement home. Lady is a 55-pound senior girl who enjoys the simple things in life: relaxing on the couch, spending time with her people, and going for car rides. She has a calm nature, requires only minimal exercise, and walks nicely on a leash.

Lady is house-trained, good with other dogs, children, and new people, and has no history of aggression or biting. She thrives on companionship and prefers sleeping beside her humans on the bed or curled up on the couch. While she can be a little anxious when left alone, she settles well in her kennel.

As a senior dog, Lady has received veterinary care throughout her life. She underwent FHO surgery in 2017, was treated for Lyme disease in 2025, and recovered from buckshot injuries in 2026. She currently takes occasional Metacam and glucosamine to help keep her comfortable.

Lady loves beef liver treats, squeaky toys, and just about any snack she can convince you to share. She enjoys food with a tasty topper and has a hearty appetite. Her ideal home is one where she can receive the love, attention, and comfort she deserves in her golden years, preferably with smaller canine companions.

Bruno and Felix are officially starting their 2-week trial adoption, and we couldn't be happier for them. ❤️

🐾 Meet Sadie! 🐾

At just a few pounds, Sadie is a charming 9-year-old Pug/Chihuahua mix looking for a quiet, loving home to call her own. This tiny girl may be a little nervous when meeting new people, but once she warms up, she is incredibly sweet and loves affection, especially gentle scratches.

Sadie is house trained, walks nicely on a leash, enjoys car rides, and is content with a low-key lifestyle. Most of her days are happily spent snoozing and relaxing, making her an ideal companion for someone seeking a calm, easy-going friend.

She gets along well with cats and is fine around children, although she can be a little shy and cautious at first. Other dogs can make her nervous, so slow introductions are recommended. She would thrive in a quieter home where she can build confidence at her own pace.

Sadie has been assessed as friendly, shy, nervous, and curious, with no history of aggression. She walks very well and appears to be in good overall condition. One of her most endearing features is her adorable tongue that likes to peek out, adding even more personality to her sweet face!

If you're looking for a devoted little companion who enjoys cozy naps, gentle affection, and being close to her person, Sadie may be the perfect match for you. ❤️

Her veterinary wellness check is still to come. Once completed, she’ll be ready for rehoming.

Today is the day! Let’s say congratulations to Rebel who has officially completed her two-week trial and has been adopted! ❤️ She’s now living her best life in PEI, having the time of her life with her new siblings and settling beautifully into her forever home. We couldn’t be happier for this sweet girl! 🐾
