“As a lifelong learner, safety professional, and people leader, I believe in the importance of giving back to the profession. I initially reached out to BCRSP looking for an opportunity to volunteer, starting as a subcommittee member, then becoming a committee member, and now serving as Chair. It’s been a rewarding experience to learn from others, contribute where I can, and help shape the safety profession in Canada.”
