Great News for IAM Union Members! 💙✈️
We are pleased to announce that IAM Union below-the-wing workers at Air Canada have officially ratified a new 4-year collective agreement! This milestone reflects the strength, unity, and dedication of our members throughout the bargaining process.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, stayed engaged, and made their voices heard. Together, we continue to build a stronger future for all IAM members.

Today was a wonderful day at our Annual Union BBQ! It was great to see so many of ou members, families, and children come together to enjoy the day.
The kids had an amazing time with all the fun games, everyone enjoyed delicious food, and many lucky members won great prizes!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to join us and make this event such a success. Your support and participation mean so much.

TO ALL IAM MEMBERS – AIR CANADA TMOS VOTING NOTICEJuly 15, 2026

Brothers, Sisters, and Siblings,

As previously communicated, the Union will be holding both a ratification vote on the Company's final offer and a strike vote.

Registration for the upcoming votes officially closed yesterday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Voting will open on Monday, July 20 at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time and will close on Wednesday, July 22 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Members will be asked to answer two separate questions:

Are you in favour of the Company's final offer?
Yes or No

Are you in favour of going on strike?
Yes or No

These are two separate questions, and members must make their choice on each one. In saying this, we need to ensure that the negotiations committee has a strong strike mandate if the offer is rejected. Therefore, we are asking that even if you are in favor of the final offer, that you vote YES to going on Strike.

There are rumors circulating, if this final offer gets turned down that your negotiations team will be going back for more. For clarity this was a final offer from the Company, the next step in this process if sanctioned, would be going on strike in the coming weeks.

This is an important decision for our entire membership. Please take the time to review the information provided, cast your vote, and make sure your voice is heard.
