BOARD MEMBER PROFILE: David Hill! 🏡

We're proud to introduce David Hill, a retired business executive with nearly 35 years of leadership experience - and a heart firmly rooted in community.

David's connection to Community Builders began at an artisan maker's market hosted in the CB and Fleurish workspaces, where he read our Mission, Vision, and Values and felt an immediate pull. As he puts it: "Meeting people where they are with love and care - these things matter."

After a career as a VP with State Farm Insurance, David brings a seasoned perspective on what it truly means for organizations to walk their talk. In retirement he volunteers in the community with those experiencing chronic homelessness and food insecurity - and spends his time making music, cheering on his family, and practicing the art of deep listening.

We're incredibly grateful to have David's wisdom and values supporting our Board.
