The Well Pilates Studio is a welcoming space dedicated to helping individuals connect, strengthen, and restore through Reformer Pilates and mat classes. Their focus on movement, wellness, and community provides an opportunity for people of all fitness levels to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.

Located right here in Melfort, The Well offers a supportive environment where participants can invest in their health while building connections with others on a similar wellness journey.

There’s no shortage of things happening in and around Melfort over the this week! Mark your calendars and get involved in our amazing community.

Ongoing Weekly Activities
• Seniors Centre line dancing, coffee, games, Tai Chi, shuffleboard, and monthly potluck gatherings.
• Moms & Minis every Thursday morning at the Melfort Public Library.
• Karaoke at Murphy’s Pub every Friday and Saturday.
• Open Mic Karaoke at Lux Lounge every Friday.

Monday, June 15
🌊 Melfort Public Library Summer Reading Kickoff Party
Registration for the TD Summer Reading Club takes place from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM with snacks, lawn games, and activities for children and families.

🌼 Tuesday, June 16
🐝 Melfort Kinettes Work Bee
Help spruce up Broadway Playground from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Bring a rake, shovel, or any tools to help with maintenance and beautification efforts.

🏊 MYE Collective Pool Program
Free for youth ages 10+ every Tuesday evening throughout the summer from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Wednesday, June 17
🍽️ Salvation Army Outpost Lunch
Join the Salvation Army Melfort for their monthly Outpost Lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at 202 Saskatchewan Avenue. Cost is $12 per person and everyone is welcome to attend.

❤️ Stroke Awareness Day Fundraiser at the Melfort Hospital!
Enjoy a hamburger, pop, and chips for $10 from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM and learn more during a Q&A session with Dr. Boyle.

🎵 Wednesday BBQ at the Museum
Join the Melfort & District Museum for their weekly BBQ from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM.

Thursday, June 18
🧡 National Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration
Join the Melfort & District Museum from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM for crafts, cultural activities, games, artisan displays, a Treaty Timeline exhibit, and a community wiener roast. Everyone is welcome!

Friday, June 19
🚗🍔 10th Annual BBQ Kick-Off to the Car Show
Stop by Diamond Dodge from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM for a burger, drink, and treat for just $10.
Proceeds support the North East Motor Sports Association and help kick off the excitement leading into the Show & Shine later that day. Pre-orders are available by contacting Diamond Dodge.

🏁 38th Annual Show & Shine
Main Street comes alive from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM with classic cars, a swap meet, food vendors, tire toss, and more.

🌭 Legion Car Show Supper Fundraiser
The Melfort Legion Branch #30 will be serving chili cheese dogs or chili with a bun and pop from 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM. All proceeds support the Legion Roof Campaign.

👣 Big Foot Friday
Watch for Golden Grains famous Bigfoot chocolate glazed donuts from 3pm-8pm during the car show in front of Western Financial. Proceeds support Melfort Youth Evolution.

🍰 Historic Post Office Dessert Café
Stop by from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM for pies, drinks, and ice cream floats while enjoying entertainment by Doug Holoien & The Hometowners.
Saturday, June 20

🎨 Meet Up, Make Art! – Rock Painting & Chalk Art
Join the Melfort Arts Council, Youth Matter Canada, and Melfort Youth Evolution for a free family activity on Saturday, June 20 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Historic Post Office. Enjoy rock painting and chalk art fun for all ages. Donations to the Historic Post Office are welcome.

The Melfort Trade Alliance Chamber of Commerce would like to congratulate Gillian Hipkins on being recognized by the Canadian Council of Snowmobile Organizations (CCSO) with the Outstanding Women in Snowmobiling Award of Excellence 2026!

This national recognition highlights Gillian's dedication, leadership, and passion for the sport of snowmobiling. Her contributions have helped strengthen and promote snowmobiling while inspiring others to get involved and enjoy the great outdoors.

We are proud to celebrate this incredible achievement and the positive impact Gillian has made within the snowmobiling community.

👏 Congratulations, Gillian, on this well-deserved honour!
