We’re excited to welcome Italo Andes to the TechAlliance team as a Venture Growth Advisor.
An engineer with a master’s in science, technology and innovation management, Italo brings more than 15 years of experience working with small and medium-sized innovation businesses. He built one of the fastest-growing consulting practices in its segment in Brazil and has contributed to more than 200 projects spanning business analysis, planning and operations.
His experience also includes working alongside startups, incubators, accelerators and entrepreneurship communities, most recently as Head of Business Operations for a European marketing technology company and as a professor and Venture Tech Coach at Conestoga College.
As a Venture Growth Advisor, Italo will work directly with founders across Southwestern Ontario, helping them navigate challenges, strengthen their businesses and move toward their next milestone.

Now based in Tillsonburg, Italo spends his spare time scuba diving and playing puzzle games.
