Are you passionate about housing stability, community support, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We’re looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a **Housing and Property Maintenance Facilitator** with Kaye Healey Homes!
At the Elizabeth Fry Society of Kingston, we are committed to supporting marginalized women who face barriers related to housing instability, poverty, and criminalization. Through Kaye Healey Homes, we provide safe, stable, and supportive housing that empowers individuals as they work toward greater independence.
🏡 About the Position:
✨ Part-time position (up to 24 hours per week)
✨ Department: Kaye Healey Homes
The successful candidate will help coordinate daily housing operations, oversee maintenance scheduling, support tenancy logistics, maintain administrative records, and collaborate with housing support workers, contractors, and community partners. This role is an opportunity to combine organizational and property operations skills with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to supporting residents.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience in property management, social housing, or residential operations
✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
✔️ Familiarity with tenancy regulations and rental agreements
✔️ A two-year diploma in social services, human services, or a related field
✔️ A commitment to working respectfully and compassionately with marginalized populations
