Some of the most important parts of our work happen away from offices, meetings and organized events.

Home visits allow us to better understand the realities families are facing in their daily lives.

They help us identify challenges early.
They help us track progress over time.
And they help ensure that support is relevant to each family’s unique situation.

Most importantly, home visits remind families that they are not navigating life’s challenges alone. Relationships are at the center of everything we do.

For more than two decades, we’ve had the privilege of witnessing something remarkable: children living with HIV growing stronger, families are encouraged & supported while communities building a brighter future together.

These changes don’t happen overnight. They are made possible through consistent care, trusted relationships and the commitment of people who believe every child deserves the chance to thrive.

Most importantly, they are made possible by our donors and partners.

Because of your support, children receive the care they need, families gain knowledge and confidence and hope continues to grow across the communities we serve.

Thank you for being part of this journey and helping create lasting change.

Every Tuesday, a group of caregivers gathers for discipleship training.

While the format may look simple, the conversations often touch on some of the most important parts of everyday life.

Who is Jesus, and why does He matter in our lives?
How are we saved through His love and grace?
How do we navigate challenges with wisdom?
How do we care well for others?
How do we become people who positively influence those around us?

These sessions create space for learning, discussion, encouragement and growth. Over time, those lessons ripple outward into homes, relationships and communities.

Transformation is a team sport and is never built in isolation. It grows through consistent learning and shared experience.

When people think about helping vulnerable children, they often focus on the child. Children are at the heart of everything we do.

Over the years, we’ve also learned that a child’s well-being is deeply connected to the environment around them. We are partners with others in caring for children.

Children thrive when they are surrounded by caring, supported adults who can provide stability, encouragement, and opportunities to grow. That’s why so much of our work involves supporting caregivers through training, mentorship, practical assistance, and ongoing encouragement.

A confident caregiver creates stability.

A supported caregiver creates opportunity.

A caregiver who feels equipped can help shape a child’s future in ways that last far beyond any program or project.

Strong families build strong communities. And that is where lasting change begins.

But many of the most important shifts are veiled and happen long before those moments become visible.

It happens when a caregiver chooses patience after a difficult day.

When a child recovering from HIV-related symptoms regains strength and returns to school with confidence.
When a family continues taking small steps forward, even when progress feels slow.

These moments rarely make headlines. They don’t always make for exciting photos either. But they are often where the most meaningful change begins.

Because real transformation isn’t usually found in one extraordinary moment.

It’s found in hundreds of ordinary ones.

Our goal has never been to create dependency.

Everything we do is built around helping families and caregivers grow stronger, healthier and more equipped for long-term stability.

That means investing in people for long term transformation.
It means walking alongside caregivers as they develop confidence, leadership, practical skills and support systems within their own communities.

Real change becomes sustainable when families are empowered to thrive with dignity, stability and connection.

We believe strong homes and strong caregivers create stronger futures for children.
And that kind of work takes time, consistency and community.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support that process with us.

Behind every child is someone choosing to keep showing up.

Caregivers play an essential role in the emotional, physical and long-term wellbeing of children. Their presence, consistency, encouragement and care help shape the confidence and stability children carry into the future.

That’s why supporting caregivers is such an important part of the work we do.

Through training, mentorship, practical support and community, we aim to help caregivers feel equipped and encouraged in the responsibility they carry every day.

Because when caregivers are supported, children are more likely to feel safe, connected and hopeful about what lies ahead.

Healthy support systems create healthier futures.

Some needs are visible immediately.
Others take time to understand.

At ReACT, care goes beyond responding to urgent situations. We also focus on long-term well being, emotional support, family connection, stability and creating environments where children and caregivers can continue growing over time.

This work is never instant.
It happens slowly through trust, consistency, relationship-building and community support. We know that small investments over long periods of time produces the best results. Its true with exercise, eating habits, family routines and we believe it is also with the transformation of lives

And while many moments may seem small on the surface, they often become part of a much bigger story of healing, growth and renewed hope.

Thank you for helping make that possible.

Discipleship is not about breadth of information but rather depth of application.

One of the things we value deeply through Discovery Bible Study is creating space for people to not only read Scripture, but to ask:
“How does this apply to my life today?”
“What can I do differently because of this?”

Real growth often happens through reflection, conversation, honesty and practical application.

For many caregivers and families, utliizing the DBS aproach to the Bible moves away from mere information and focusses on application.
They become opportunities to build confidence, strengthen relationships and navigate life with greater wisdom and support.

Step by step, conversations turn into action.
And action creates long-term impact.
