📯 WE DID IT AGAIN, BASKETEERS!!! We embraced new donation options to better meet the needs identified this year, and I’m so proud to share that together we contributed: 105 baskets of essential household items; 75 kitchen appliances; 45 kitchenware sets; 50 sheet sets; 12 comforter sets and quilts; plus $6,000 in gift cards from and !!!

Because of YOU, we will help so many women in crisis take their first steps from homes filled with abuse or violence into spaces of safety and security.

To our returning supporters and those joining us for the first time, THANK YOU for choosing Basketeers as your way to give back this season. Thank you to our cherished local businesses, community groups, hospital and school departments, dance teams, neighbours, and friends who united to make a meaningful impact.

To our team of top notch volunteers: your hard work made drop-off day seamless and so much fun too! I am endlessly grateful. Every contribution, including time and positive energy, makes a difference to a survivor rebuilding her life 💜

DYK❔Our long-time Basketeers, the Wacky Walking Group, have an annual tradition of getting together to assemble their always-amazing baskets. One exceptionally talented group member is including FIVE beautiful handmade quilts for women in need 💜

We’re so excited to see all the little helpers next Saturday at our annual drop-off day at ! As always, we will be ready with snacks 🍪🧃

It takes a village… and ours is full of light ⭐️

Our local high school student volunteers will be on-site on Saturday, November 22, ready to lend a hand and make your delivery merry and bright ✨
