The wind phone is back! We’re so grateful to Lee Douglas, Woodcrafter and part of our GEG family, who has donated time, skills & materials for permanent housing for it! Now, as long as the park is open, anyone can visit the accessible wind phone, which carries our messages to loved ones who have passed, transcending time and space & keeping us connected through nature.

We’re offering a free kids workshop in our children’s pollinator bed, thanks to the generosity of Pollination Guelph!

The Secret Language of Flowers offers a playful and interactive way for children and their caregivers to explore the unique sensory worlds of pollinators like bees, butterflies and moths through story & discovery stations. Look through a bee's eyes, find the hidden message inside a flower, feel what the garden is saying, and follow a scent into the night garden.

Consider GEG for your giving!
2025 was a great season at the Guelph Enabling Garden. We are so thankful for our staff, volunteers, clients and visitors for helping make the GEG such a special place.

The Guelph Enabling Garden (GEG) has teamed up with Royal City Nursery to sell gift cards to raise much needed funds for the Garden.

The details:

You can place an order through the donation page at emablinggarden.org for Royal City Nursery gift card cards in $25, $50, and $100 denominations.
The gift cards have no expiry date, and can be used towards anything at the Royal City Nursery brick and mortar location. The GEG will receive a percentage of the total sales which we will use to put towards garden projects and our Horticultural Therapy programs.

The GEG is a non-profit organization and relies on donations and grants to maintain the garden and deliver programs. Thanks for your support! Please share far and wide.
