🍂 Labour Day Weekend Office Closure 🍂

Please note that all EarlyON Centres and Child & Community Resources offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labour Day.

Our offices will re-open on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and regular programming and services will resume.

As summer comes to a close, we wish all families a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable Labour Day weekend! ☀️🍁

Veuillez noter que tous les bureaux d’On y va et de Ressources pour l’Enfance et la Communauté (REC) seront fermés le lundi 7 septembre 2026 à l’occasion de la fête du Travail.

Nos bureaux rouvriront le mardi 8 septembre 2026 et les programmes et services reprendront selon l’horaire habituel.

Alors que l’été tire à sa fin, nous souhaitons à toutes les familles une fin de semaine de la fête du Travail sécuritaire, reposante et agréable! ☀️🍁

📘 Introduction to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) 📘
Curious about how Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) can support your child's learning and development? Join George Jeffrey Children’s Centre for Introduction to Applied Behaviour Analysis, a workshop designed to help caregivers build a practical understanding of ABA principles and how they can be applied in everyday life.
This workshop provides caregivers with an introduction to the foundational principles of ABA and how these strategies can support their child’s learning and development. In this group-based session, caregivers will learn key ABA concepts, including reinforcement, prompting, breaking skills into smaller steps, and the ABCs of behaviour (Antecedent, Behaviour, Consequence). Participants will also learn about the characteristics of quality ABA services and discuss important questions to consider when seeking support from service providers. By the end of the workshop, caregivers will have a stronger understanding of ABA principles and feel more confident identifying patterns in behaviour and opportunities to support learning and positive behaviour at home.

Looking for personalized support to help your child reach meaningful goals? Join Roots & Wings Psychology for Direct BCBA Consultation and Caregiver Coaching, a service designed to empower caregivers with practical, individualized strategies that support their child’s growth and development.
Our Direct BCBA Consultation Service and Caregiver Coaching offers one-on-one support for caregivers who want to help their child achieve specific goals. Through this service, caregivers work directly with a Registered Behaviour Analyst to develop and implement strategies tailored to their child’s unique needs. Consultations are available virtually, by phone, or in person where possible, providing flexibility for families. This service is designed to help caregivers feel confident in their role and empowered to support their child’s development.

Critical Core is a role-playing game that encourages cooperation between players as they work together to achieve goals within the game. Guided by a Game Master, participants create characters with unique strengths and abilities and use those skills to collaborate with other players. With a focus on communication, teamwork, perspective-taking, and relationship-building, Critical Core makes learning important social skills both engaging and enjoyable.

📋 Behaviour Analyst Clinic Days 📋
Looking for individualized support to better understand and address your child's behavioural needs? Join Behaviour Analysis North for Behaviour Analyst Clinic Days, an opportunity for caregivers to connect directly with a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) for guidance and consultation.
During these sessions, BCBAs and caregivers can troubleshoot, problem-solve, and discuss topics of the caregiver’s choice, such as skill building, addressing problem behaviour, or incorporating ABA principles into daily life. Clinic Day consultations are intended to provide general information and support and may not be suitable for severe challenging behaviours or other complex issues. Caregivers are encouraged to come prepared with questions or scenarios to help guide the conversation.
