Despite the heat and humidity, LSNT volunteers got the job done today. Terry, Christine, Mike and Ross spent the morning at Lambton Centre installing steps into the side of a hill along the Wilderness Trail. The steps were levelled and backfilled with gravel. This will make the ascent and descent much more safer for hikers.

Another day, another volunteer challenge hauling materials and tools 2 km into the Mystery Falls trail to refurbish the multi-platform crossing. Thanks to Terry and Ross and some creativity, the platforms are much more stable and solid now.

Terry, Mike, Christine, and Ross took their volunteer efforts to the next level today. They carried all the lumber and tools more than a kilometre along the Mystery Falls loop trail to build a new 12‑foot boardwalk. Their work will make it far easier for hikers to cross a muddy, root‑filled section of the path. The community truly appreciates their dedication and hard work.
