🎵We are making our list and checking it twice! 🎶

Hello vendors, we are working away in the North Pole on this year’s 5th annual market and cannot wait to share more details.

First our name….we are rockin’ the PIVOT and will be officially renaming this year’s market to 5th annual Christmas Market in the Park.

One of the other details we’ve been getting inquiries about is “invoices”. You haven’t missed anything!!! We decided it was important to have our meeting with members of the teams at the Town of Halton Hills and Light Up the Hills before sending them out. While all of us have many departments to oversee to make this year’s market M A G I C A L, that meeting finally did happen yesterday. We are so excited! We’ll be sending out invoices for confirming your vendor spot in this year’s Christmas Market in the Park NEXT WEEK!!!

We are just 113 days from this years market! The backdrop of Dominion Gardens Park is absolute perfection and will be truly magically as we support Light Up the Hills Festival of Halton and Food4Kids Halton. We had a beautiful walk through the park yesterday with members of the Light Up the Hills team. The ideas and brainstorming that was happening was M A G I C ... it has us not wishing the Summer away, but we are very excited for the 5th year of our market.

Stay tuned in the weeks ahead for more details. We'll also be sharing more about how our market will be supporting Georgetown Bread Basket.

We see you V E N D O R S and we are so appreciative of the influx of vendor booth requests! We are currently reviewing all the categories to ensure there isn’t an influx of similar vendors/products.

Happy long weekend & welcome August! We may still be in Summer, but the Elves are working away behind the scenes finalizing further details to share with you all SOON. The 5th annual Christmas Market (new name tba) IS HAPPENING!!! Same market, same organizers, new location, new collaborators. We are so so excited to share more soon. Stay tuned….

The market created five years ago by Krystin in collaboration with Bryan and Jenn has been magical. We nicknamed ourselves “Team Elf”. 100% charitable and 1000% volunteer run. The creating Elves of the Christmas Market in the Glen approached the Glen Williams Town Hall on May 6, 2026 about revamping the direction of the funds in celebration of our fifth year. We sent a proposal offering a very fair percentage of funds to be directed to support the upkeep of this building. We wanted to direct the other funds to other local not for profit and/or charitable organizations. We held a meeting with a board member of the Glen Williams Town Hall & followed up with an email proposal requesting release of the date. We requested a response to our request to release the date on July 30, 2026. The advertised event that went public on their social media on this date is NOT US. The Glen William Town Hall has decided not to release the date and permit of an event that was run by Krystin, Bryan and Jenn for the past five years.

We are excited to announce we have been working on collaboration with the 100% not for profit organization, Light Up The Hills. Our Christmas Market will be proceeding forward….

The Elves are meeting with the Town of Halton Hills tomorrow and pivoting to make Santa proud.
