Morning everyone, just a friendly reminder PLEASE DO NOT leave food donations outside of the fridge. Rodents eat plastic to get to dry goods as they did here. That means our very small volunteer team has to deal with this garbage and we do not want to encourage rodents to this place of business.
There is a list of accepted donations on the fridge.Please no open, half eaten donations of any kind. Thank you to all who continue to engage with the fridge. If your garden is starting to erupt with more food than you can eat, please feel free to donate fresh veggies + fruit!
When using the fridge, please keep in mind our moto" TAKE WHAT YOU NEED, LEAVE WHAT YOU CAN". We are not here to police who uses the fridge and how much they take or leave BUT in good faith, we hope that the community can share these resources instead of it just benefitting one individual. This is a mutual aid project and we hope it can continue to be just that!
