The Galiano Health Care Society's Mental Health Committee has initiated Random Acts of Kindness and Senseless Acts of Beauty during Mental Health Awareness Week. Beginning on May 6th of 2013, Galiano Island will promote and encourage acts of kindness as a way of helping others feel better about themselves.

Our Story

The Galiano Health Care Society's Mental Health Committee initiated Random Acts of Kindness and Senseless Acts of Beauty during Mental Health Awareness Week in May of 2013. From that time, a few Galiano Island supporters continued to promote and encourage acts of kindness as a way of helping others feel better about themselves.
