A not-for-profit organization that supports adults with intellectual disabilities in Elmsdale, N.S., has moved into a new facility, offering more job and skill-building opportunities to those in the community.

It's a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind ourselves that mental health is an important part of overall well-being and that everyone deserves access to support and care.

We're using this month to continue building a supportive, inclusive environment by encouraging connection, sharing resources, and promoting simple, everyday practices that help everyone feel valued and supported.
