Melissa is back at our office on Friday, November 6th for caregivers that would like to chat about helping their youth cope with mental health struggles. She can provide personalized guidance on how to best support your youth.

She now has options for caregivers to connect with her either in person or virtually (new!) for a 20-minute timeslot, between 10am-noon.
Feel free to drop in between 9-10am that day to put together a free coping skills kit to bring home to their youth, with helpful tools to use to improve mental health and wellness or contact to book an appointment.
