Saber Guild Echo Base Temple would like to proudly announce the Temple's new lead and Saber Guild's only Canadian Darth Vader, Dave B. (SG-150)!!

Proudly a member since 2015, his favourite movie is "Episode V: Empire Strikes Back", of which his kit very faithfully depicts his intimidating Darth Vader character! Towering visage aside, Dave's stated that the best part about wearing such an iconic mask is that it hides the emotions that sometimes overwhelm him when meeting the kids whose days are being made!

We're all very excited for some upcoming events! Follow us on our socials so you'll be the first to know where and when we'll be showing up next!

May the Fourth be with you!

Saber Guild Echo Base Temple returned once again to Spruce Grove Public Library 's amazing Comic Con and Free Comic Book Day last Saturday, joined by our sibling guilds 501st Legion - Badlands Garrison Krayt Covert MPCC The Galactic Academy Dee'ja Peak School, Western Canada , delighting the dozens of attendees to one of our most important events of the year! Our dutiful Jedi were even interrupted by Darth Vader during Padawan training! Afterwards, Jedi and Sith called a truce to share our favorite Star Wars books with eager younglings!

Yoda and Darth Vader have to agree that reading is the most powerful power in the universe that anyone can harness, regardless of it's a book, a comic, or graphic novel! Always keep learning!
