President: Supervises the matters of the Board and chairs the meetings of the Board. Acts as the spokesperson for the Society or appoints a designate. Has signing authority on behalf of the Board. Works with the Treasurer and the Vice-president to complete annual reporting requirements and grant filings.
Vice-President: Presides at meetings in the President’s absence. If the Vice-President is absent, the Directors elect a Chairperson for the meeting. Replaces the President at various functions when asked to do so by the President or the Board. Has signing authority. Works with the Treasurer and the President to complete annual reporting requirements and grant filings.
Membership Director: Responsible for the annual Membership campaign. Keeps and maintains the membership lists and other records pertaining to membership. Reports monthly to the Board of Directors.
Member at Large: Responsible for attending all meetings of the Board of Directors with full voting rights, similar to other Directors. Participates in ad hoc Board of Directors activities
