We are proud to announce that our very own AZ1 coaches will represent Team India at the 2026 World Championships in Ostrava, Czechia! 🇮🇳

Our coaches hold themselves to the highest standards of competitive play. It is this exact commitment to excellence that we are dedicated to passing on to the next generation of athletes.

Running from June 20 to June 28, the tournament will bring together the world’s elite, featuring 12 men’s and 6 women’s national teams competing for the ultimate championship.

Sunny Mehta has been named the General Manager of the New Jersey Devils, becoming the first South Asian GM in NHL history! 🇮🇳🇺🇸

Before helping construct the back-to-back Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers as Assistant GM, Mehta blazed trails as an analytics pioneer with the Coyotes, Capitals, and during his original stint as the Devils Director of Analytics.

This milestone is a powerful reminder that there is a massive space for BIPOC individuals in hockey far beyond the ice. The core lessons sports teaches uscan pave the way to incredible careers in management, scouting, and leadership. There is space in the game for everyone, finding the right role for you is the key. 📈

Looking for extra floor time?

Join us for an awesome evening to play ball hockey. This event is open to all ages with free admission.

Absolutely all skill levels are welcome and we strongly encourage parents to come out, grab a stick, and play right alongside the kids!

Brought to you in partnership with the Edmonton Oilers, AZ1 Hockey and the Punjabi Elite League, our goal is to Grow the Game As One!

What an incredible way to cap off a historic program!

A massive thank you to the for partnering with us to help grow the game through the first-ever BIPOC First Shift Program. Seeing over 50 kids get the chance to try hockey and excel in this beautiful sport has been nothing short of inspiring.
•
The wrap-up event was absolutely amazing! It was so special to see all the First Shift sections come together for family time at Rogers Place, and to learn about wonderful organizations making a difference like and .h.e1.

We can’t wait to continue supporting our community and giving even more kids the opportunity to try hockey! 💙🧡

As the women’s game grows each year, we’re thankful for the platform to continue growing the game as one. 🌟

To celebrate, we are thrilled to announce the first-ever BIPOC-focused female hockey camp!

While this camp proudly highlights BIPOC representation, it is open to ALL female players of ALL skill levels (grassroots to elite).

Join our female coaching staff this August for on-ice sessions, off-ice training, and empowering female-led seminars.
