June is Men’s Mental Health Month and it is an important reminder that it’s okay to ask for help.

This month is an opportunity to raise awareness and help break the stigma around men's mental health and encourage connection through honest conversations with friends, family, coworkers and loved ones.

Men and boys do not have to struggle in silence. Sometimes a simple conversation, a phone call, or asking how someone is really doing can make all the difference.

If you’re struggling, please know that support is available.
