🍴 Calling all food lovers - we need YOU!

Seasoned Together is looking for community judges for Session #1 on Friday, October 17! If you enjoy good food and never say no to a great meal, you’re already qualified. This meal is completely FREE!

Several community members will have the chance to taste and judge dishes prepared by our Seasoned Together contestants.

ICYMI: It's International OCD Awareness Week — a time to challenge myths, reduce stigma, and highlight the realities of living with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

OCD doesn’t just affect the person experiencing it — it can also impact family members, especially parents and caregivers. CMHA Nova Scotia Division’s OCD Parent and Caregiver Peer Support Group offers a safe, non-judgmental space for parents to:

➡️ Connect with others who understand the challenges
➡️Share experiences and struggles
➡️Learn strategies and insights from fellow parents
➡️Find encouragement and hope through connection
