It's Foster Friday! Each week we highlight animals in our shelter looking for a foster home! 🐾

This week’s feature: TANGERINE 🧡🐾

Meet Tangerine! A 3-year-old German Shepherd cross who has been with us for just two weeks. This sweet girl is slowly coming out of her shell but still needs a little time to build trust and confidence.

She’s already made some furry friends, Charleston and Theo, who help bring out her playful personality! Tangerine is a strong, independent gal who can be nervous around new people, especially men, but with patience and kindness, she’ll be your pal. 🧡

The shelter can be overwhelming for Tangerine, and she would thrive in a quiet, loving foster home where she can feel safe and continue to blossom.

🐾OKRA🤎

Okra is a sweet, gentle Terrier mix puppy with the softest fur and a heart full of love! She's a little shy at first, but once she warms up, she's basically a living teddy bear who wants nothing more than to curl up beside you.

🐾 Female Terrier mix, born November 2025
🐾 Fully house trained + leash trained
🐾 Dog friendly once comfortable
🐾 Quiet, well behaved + great home alone
🐾 Mellow energy with a love for walks + car rides
🐾 Affectionate, cuddly + incredibly sweet

Okra is looking for a patient, loving family who can help her build confidence. A quieter home, ideally with a friendly canine companion, would be her perfect match!

Could Okra be the missing piece in your family? 🤎

🐾 Meet Chickpea!

Small but mighty, Chickpea is a sweet little kitten with a touch of spice and a whole lot of personality!

Chickpea is a little different from most kittens. She was born without toes on her back feet, but she hasn’t let that slow her down! She runs, jumps, plays, and climbs cat trees right alongside her littermates. She’s also a champion cuddler who loves a good kitten pile. ❤️

Chickpea is an independent little girl who eats, drinks, and uses her litter box on her own. She just needs a home with a little extra love, soft places to land, and surfaces that make getting around easier.

Her mobility needs may change as she grows, but right now, she’s proving that being a little different doesn’t stop her from living her best kitten life!

Could Chickpea be your perfect match? 🐾

GOBI 💙🐾

Looking for an adventure AND a cuddle buddy? Meet Gobi!

Gobi is a sweet Terrier mix puppy with a playful spirit and a whole lot of love to give. He is a young dog who loves his people and looking for a family to help him feel confident enough to shine.

🐾 Great with people, kids + other dogs
🐾 House + crate trained
🐾 Smart, food motivated + eager to learn
🐾 Loves walks, water, fetch + playtime
🐾 High energy with a cuddly side

Gobi would love an active family to join on adventures, followed by a cozy nap together at the end of the day. 🤎

Could Gobi be your perfect match?
