WILL ALBERTA SEPARATE? ⤵️

🚩 The prospects of an independent Alberta would have seemed laughable not too long ago, however, over the past few months, the mood towards separation has reached a fever pitch here in Alberta.

🚩 An independent Alberta would spell disaster for the working class, from calls from the leadership of the separatist movement that teachers’ unions would be outlawed, to healthcare and education being completely privatized.

🚩 What’s needed, is an independent working class response, one that isn’t tethered to the hip of Alberta’s oil barons, or Carney’s ‘Team Canada’ scheme.

🚩 Join us on Thursday, October 1st, 5:30pm at the University of Calgary’s Arts Lounge for a presentation and discussion on Alberta Separatism, and how to fight against it.
