The OTLA offers a variety of member services to over 1,000 plaintiff lawyers, as well as law clerks and law students. Join OTLA’s Long-Term Disability Section tomorrow for a roundtable discussion on increasingly narrow disability definitions in group insurance policies, including the latest Fenchurch and Wawanesa contract language.

Speakers will explore how to approach cases where employees have far less coverage than expected, including issues involving broker negligence, human rights, claims against the employer and challenges to the insurer’s language.
