It’s almost time to turn back the clocks!

Daylight saving time ends on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

At 2 a.m., clocks will move back one hour to 1 a.m.

Before heading to bed Saturday night, remember to set your clocks back one hour.

With the time change, you can expect more daylight in the morning and earlier sunsets in the evening.

Please use extra caution when walking, cycling or driving during darker evening hours.

Fall back, stay safe and enjoy the extra hour!

National Disability Employment Awareness Month may be coming to an end, but the conversation shouldn't.

Throughout October we've shared just a few of the reasons disability inclusion matters in the workplace.

The next step is turning awareness into opportunity — recognizing skills, removing barriers, listening to people and creating workplaces where everyone has an opportunity to contribute.

At CLASS, we'll continue working alongside people, employers and community partners to help create those opportunities throughout the year.

Another Milestone for Cameron!

Cameron was running low on his favourite “pop” (sparkling water), which he enjoys in his tea. When staff asked if he wanted to go to the store to pick some up, his response was a cheerful “bah!”...and off they went!

Despite the store being busy, Cameron did a fantastic job navigating the shopping cart, making his way through the aisles and choosing the sparkling water he wanted.

This is another wonderful milestone for Cameron as he continues to build confidence, try new experiences and push beyond his comfort zone when going out into the community.

Every outing is another opportunity to build independence, make choices and celebrate personal achievements. Way to go, Cameron!
